Payment & Shipping

We offer various delivery methods. Shipping fees are calculated based on the final checkout amount (after discounts and store credit are applied):

Orders over $500 HKD: Free shipping to residential or commercial addresses (Note: Any surcharges for remote areas must be paid by the customer).
Orders over $300 HKD: Free shipping for self-pickup at SF Express Stations or SF Lockers.
Orders under $300 HKD: A flat shipping fee of $30 HKD will be applied.

Zero Shipping Fee Guarantee: You are welcome to pick up your order at our Fo Tan Gift U Idea Store. There is no minimum spend required, and no shipping fee will be charged.

Important Notice: To ensure shipping efficiency, the Company does not accept any requests for order cancellation for any reason once the payment is completed.
Verification Before Ordering: Customers must verify that the product options (color, model, quantity) and shipping information are correct before making a payment.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Change of Address: Once payment is successful, product details and shipping information cannot be modified. If you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact SF Express directly (+852 2730 0273) after the items have been shipped.
Delivery Exceptions: Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information or failure to pick up items on time (such as SF "EF Locker" service fees) shall be borne by the customer. In the event of an unprompted refusal of a package, the Company reserves the right to process a refund only after deducting the round-trip shipping costs.
